Gentle
The programs of this hospital provide support for women at some of the most important moments in their lives, and the lives of their families. As such, the design shifts the concept of the traditional hospital and turns it into a place of wellbeing, meditation and learning. Plenty of natural light, constant visual and physical connections to green spaces and nature, warm materials and colors, silent and relaxed areas alternating with those that are active and lively. All of these elements create a hospital full of positive experiences that adapt to the necessities of women and their families.
包容
医院需要容纳许多不同背景和年龄的患者，因此它必须适应各种用户，并提供与其适应的不同空间。重要手术前的冥想空间、分娩后的休息空间、与其他患者交流，学习与参与活动的空间。患者可以按照自己的步调选择自己想做的事情。
Inclusive
The hospital accommodates many patients of different backgrounds and ages, so it must be adaptable to this variety of users and provide a variety of spaces. Spaces to meditate before an important operation, rest after giving birth, socialize with other patients, or learn and participate in activities. Patients can choose what they want to do at their own pace.
健康
本项目中最重要的使用者不仅仅是患者及其家属，医院工作人员、医院的长期使用者也需要有一个健康、明亮、高效的工作环境。
员工的工作区域不再是昏暗和次要的服务空间，而是明亮的、通风良好和被提供了良好服务的空间，例如采光充足的走廊、高效愉快的交通流线和易于到达的私密室外庭院。通过这些设计，有效的舒缓他们的工作压力，使他们能够为患者提供更好的服务。
Healthy
Not only are the patients and their families of prime importance in this project, but the hospital staff, the long-term users of the building, also need to be provided with a healthy, bright and efficient working environment. This reduces stress, and enables them to give their best service. This is achieved, not by thinking of the staff areas as dark and residual service spaces, but as well lit, well ventilated, and generous served spaces: corridors with plenty of natural light, efficient, not frustrating circulation, and easy access to outdoor private outdoor spaces.
自然
该项目位于一个环境优美的地方，四周被公园环绕和南侧还有一条河流。因此，这家医院，被认为是一个充满治愈和安乐的地方，会不断的提醒你与自然的亲密联系。所有的走廊都与内部庭院和外部景观相连。候诊区周围的落地玻璃，使空间和绿地无缝相连。每个病房都有一个充满绿意的阳台，并且可以看到南侧河流的景色。自然成为所有患者在治疗过程中的一个关键因素，减少压力，促进康复。
Nature
The project is located on a site of high amenity, surrounded by parklands and a river to the south. Consequently, this hospital, conceived as a place for healing and wellbeing, provides constant reminders of and relationships with nature. All the corridors relate to the inner courtyards and the outer landscape and views. Waiting areas are surrounded by glass walls seamlessly connected to green spaces. Each of the inpatient rooms is provided with a green balcony and views to the river. Nature becomes a key element in the healing process for all its patients, reducing stress and facilitating recovery.
河滨
该项目利用南侧河流景观的优势，在河边设计了一系列景观步行道，然后在其中安置项目中最公共的功能：咖啡馆、餐厅、工作室和演讲厅，以便更紧密的和景观互动。基座向河边延伸，并由一个宽大的弧形的雨棚覆盖，舒缓的几何形态创造了一个非常温和的空间，病人和家人可以用来缓解压力，促进恢复和享受自然。
Riverfront
The project takes advantage of the river by creating a walking path within a riverfront landscape, and then locating the most public part of the program: the cafes, the restaurant, workshops and the lecture hall so that they open up to that landscape. The podium extends towards the river with a generous canopy and curved geometries creating a very gentle edge that the patients and family can use to relieve stress, advance recovery, and enjoy nature.

Flexible
This hospital is structured around a street-like atrium, imbued in natural light, which connects the different programmed buildings such as gynecology, obstetrics, laboratory and administration. Each building is efficiently distributed to shorten circulation and increase efficiency, following a modular structure that enables future expansion and transformation.
充满变化
当代的医院不仅要治疗病人，而且更应该是鼓励你参与与学习的地方。医疗中庭提供了一个街道般的空间，充满了各种活动，如展览和研讨会，游客可以在那里了解孕妇问题和妇女健康；餐厅和演讲厅，游客可以在那里放松和学习。中庭也是连接所有功能的完美中心枢纽。科室建筑伸入中庭，清楚地表明了其功能，令使用者能更便捷的到达目的地。
Eventful
Contemporary hospitals should not only be about treating patients, they should be places with where you are encouraged to engage and to learn. The central spine provides a street-like space full of activities such as expositions and workshops, where visitors can learn about maternity issues and women’s health; and a restaurant and a lecture hall, where visitors can relax and learn. The spine is also the perfect central hub that connects all the programs. The department buildings project into the atrium space, clearly announcing their functions and facilitating navigation through the hospital.
高效性
医院被巧妙地组织成不同的区域，以最大限度地提高效率。急诊室和医技区被一起放在主干道的旁边，以便提供更快速的反馈。

Efficient
The hospital is smartly organized into different areas to maximize efficiency. Emergency rooms and laboratories are stacked together to provide a fast response and they are located next to the main road. Obstetrics and Gynecology, located next to and focused on the river, houses outpatient programs on the ground floor and second floor, and locates its inpatient program on the third floor and fourth floor. The laboratories become the central element that serves the three main programs (emergency, obstetrics, and gynecology).
完整性
这家医院提供正念、科学和自然三个元素，以确保患者、家属和工作人员都能在其中获得积极健康的身心感受。
Wholeness
This hospital provides mindfulness, science, and nature to ensure patients, families and staff, achieve a positive healthy outcome for mind, and body.
